The Autonomous Community reinforces the safety of the regional road that connects the Cartagena de Canteras deputation with the Port of Mazarrón with the reconstruction of retaining walls and coating on the RM-E22 (Cuesta del Cedacero), which will prevent possible landslides on the road.

The general director of Roads, Francisco González Manzanera, supervised today the end of the works in the road, where in addition the reinforced concrete gutter has been covered in the stretches of the highway where the drainage is damaged.

González explained that the investment in these maintenance works of the regional road network is close to 48,000 euros, which are part of the three million that the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure allocates to the roads that run through the municipality of Cartagena.
