Students from different autonomous communities form these days at the beach in Bahia with the aim of obtaining the necessary qualifications to teach this type of water sport
Bahia Surf School, in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the City of Mazarrón, has promoted for the third consecutive year in Mazarrón the realization of the face-to-face part of the National Course of Surf Coach.
The course is coordinated by Ignacio García and takes place between the 24th and the 28th of November at Bahia beach.
This Tuesday, the Councilor for Sports, Patricio Sánchez, has checked the progress of the classes in which students from different autonomous communities such as the Canary Islands, the Basque Country, Catalonia and the Region of Murcia participate.
The theoretical part of the classes is taught in the afternoon at the Cultural Center of Mazarrón.
The instructors are certified personnel of the Spanish Surf Federation.
Patricio Sánchez thanked the work carried out throughout the year by the Bahia Surf School, managing to project the potential of the Mazarron coast and hosting events and training courses such as the one that takes place this November.
