After knowing the positive case of an official of the Mazarrón City Council, the health authorities of the Health Center yesterday carried out PCR tests on the workers who had maintained close working contact with the aforementioned official.

In addition, the official in question is not a Citizen Service staff and, therefore, has not had contact with any user who has carried out procedures in it, so from the council we send a message of tranquility to all citizens. It remains to be seen the serological tests that were carried out yesterday morning by the Health Prevention and Surveillance area to the workers who carry out their work in the same building and to those of the Cultural Center, where a cleaner also reported that it had tested positive , as well as all those officials who requested it. The government team provided all the means yesterday morning to, with maximum speed and diligence, carry out tests on all the officials who were considered within traceability, and those who voluntarily wanted, in order to verify the status of the workers and thus limit any possibility of an outbreak in the City Council, awaiting the results of all of them. The municipal Citizen Services offices in the administrative building and the Cultural Center will remain closed until next Wednesday, September 23 to carry out disinfection and organization of the facilities, always with the aim of maintaining the best hygienic conditions to offer with all security service to the citizen.
