Mazarrón lives his first great Carnival weekend (24/02/2017)

Mazarrón is going to live his first great Carnival weekend.

This Friday at 9:30 pm, in the Municipal Pavilion of La Aceña, will take place the Election of Musa in which will confirm the appointment of Ana Cristina Hernandez, Peña La Cañadica as Musa del Carnaval.

Christian Catevilla will be the children's muse and will proceed to the election of children's muse among five candidates: Amaia Hernández for the Barrio de San Isidro, Anayira Vera for the Peña El Tolín, Paula Morales for Caño del Molino, Paola Alcalá for El Salitre and Marina Lardín de De Rosa.

More than 1,700 localities managed by the Red Cross through the donation of 1 euro.

After the parades the party will continue in the Municipal Car installed in the Avenue of the Constitution where the jury will announce the name of the winners.

The amount of the prizes amounts to a total of 8,150 euros.

There will be three prizes for dance schools and three prizes for schools in the children's parade.

The local clubs will be distributed 4,500 euros in prizes, being awarded the first five.

The three best visiting groups will also receive a distinction with financial contribution.

Next Saturday, March 4 will be the parade of visiting clubs plus the five local prizes and the best school and best school of children's dance.
