The deputy of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Alfonso Martinez Baños, described the situation of the Camposol urbanization in Mazarrón as very regrettable and an authentic box of surprises.

This morning the municipal secretary, Juan Francisco Marín, and the public works engineer of the Mazarrón City Council, José Antonio Segado, appeared in the Committee on Territorial Policy, Environment, Agriculture and Water.

Martinez Baños said that as you go deeper into this issue is getting worse.

The socialist deputy said that in Camposol there are serious political and technical responsibilities and, besides, it will be up to the Prosecutor's Office to decide if there is another type of criminal responsibility.

"With the appearances today, it has been proven that the various corporations of the City of Mazarrón made agreements contrary to technical reports."

Another aspect that emphasized is that neither the municipal technicians acted with due diligence and by action or omission allowed this urbanism to be consummated, so there are also serious responsibilities of the technicians.

Martinez Baños valued at around 19 million euros the damage that all this nonsense implies for the municipal coffers, "which will undoubtedly have to end up paying the citizens of the Region. Someone, technicians or politicians have a patrimonial responsibility and if it ends up proving , Will have to respond with their heritage, "he said.

The socialist deputy expressed his hope that in the next hearings can continue to advance and gathering documentation to reach the end of this matter.

"It seems that nobody wants to assume their responsibilities on this issue, but the Socialist Parliamentary Group will reach the end to clarify what those responsibilities are," he concluded.
