Mazarrón joins the celebration of World Tourism Day (25/09/2012)

The Department of Tourism of the City of Mazarrón has prepared two special tours to celebrate, for the first time in the town, the "World Tourism Day" held on September 27 from that in 1980 as well as the General Assembly appoint Nations.

The theme of World Tourism Day this year is "Tourism and Sustainable Energy: drivers of sustainable development" and aims to highlight the role of tourism in a brighter energy future.

The presentation of the work was carried out by the said mayor and director of the Municipal Bureau of Tourism, Pedro Chico, who reported that there are 40 squares that are arranged on each route, admitting only participants in the meeting points in case of leftover seats for any of them.
