Mazarrón Town Council, to criticism that appeared through a popular social network on the destruction of various counterfeit items from the illegal sale, wants to make it clear that the actions of the council has been made under current legislation brand.

Since all that is seized by the security forces and that is illegal, is not subject to any kind of care or process, you must destroy each upon completion deadlines.

The action taken by the council is part of what the law is stated in Article 32.1, second paragraph of the Law 23/2006 of the Intellectual Property.
