Mazarrón Town Council, through the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism and the Department of Tourism of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, has been made available to the hotels and catering companies tourism activities and shops of the town, a tool called System Implementation of the Quality Tourism in Destinations (SICTED) also participate in the consistory itself.

The presentation to these establishments, companies and businesses was conducted by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, the Director General of Tourism of the Autonomous Community, Enrique Ujaldón, the Councillor for Tourism, Mary Celeste Soria, and technical area, Pius Garrido.

Meanwhile, Enrique Ujaldón stressed that "tourism in the region is for everybody, because when we sell Tourism also sell all of our people."
