Last weekend was played at the San Javier Murcia Region III Open where Mazarrón Sports Table Tennis Club moved to 6 players.

Specifically, Benito González came in Category Benjamin, Juan Francisco Lopez and Miguel Ortiz Alevín, Manuel González, Juan Manuel Navarro and Antonio Fernandez in Kids category.

Great performance by all of them, but especially Miguel Ortiz who won the final Infantil Juan Pedro Sánchez de Totana by 3 sets 0 and Juan Fran Lopez won for his part in the final Youngsters Carlos Sinisterra by 3 sets of Yecla 1. Both athletes collected their trophies regional champions at the end of the tournament.

In regards to other athletes Mazarrón TM CD, Benito Gonzalez lost in the quarterfinals in the youngest category, while infant and Manuel Antonio González Fernández fell disputing their quarterfinal matches and Juan Manuel Navarro did not pass group.
