The Department of Coastal Services has acquired an electric scooter type motorcycle to improve performance on the beaches of the municipality.
It is model 3000 W Electric Volt 60 km of autonomy after only two hours of charging.
The mayor Miguel García Incarnation has presented this vehicle on Friday stressing that it is an acquisition that is intended to improve the services provided to users of the beaches.
"It will serve to make reviews and inspections more direct and effective way, especially when complaints or claims occur. Personnel Department will move to the place of the complaint and proceed to rectify as quickly as possible."
Garcia has also indicated that it has thought of an electric bike to avoid discomfort both noise and pollutant gases.
