The Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 3 of Totana has notified a judgment dismissing the lawsuit filed by the company Monsora SL in claiming compensation for damages of more than 26 million euros.

The judge agrees with the City Council in the resolution of the purchasing contract between Monsora SL and the Consistory held on February 14, 2005 regarding the D36a, D38a D37 and plots, the BCDF Sector Partial Plan "The Saladillo".
