Students of Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT), presented last Saturday in the tent Fair Day, his latest prototype race car.

This is the third car who design with other colleges and, for the first time, includes an electric motor.

The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez and the first deputy mayor, Pedro Martinez, learned firsthand the progress of these students competing in Formula Student championship.

The project team UPCT Racing Team has the support of the City of Mazarrón.

For the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez, it is "a very interesting initiative worth promoting in order also to encourage future engineers of the municipality".
