The head of the Coastal Authority in Murcia, Andres Martinez, visited on Tuesday the beaches of El Mojon and Rincon de Bolnuevo.
Both entrances have been improved, providing greater comfort and safety to users.
In the first of these they are enabled gateways for which has been used stamped concrete, imitating the color of the wood and ensuring greater strength.
In addition, it has also generated an access for the disabled, such as Martinez has indicated during his visit to the completion of the works.
The head of the Coastal Authority has been accompanied by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez and Councillor for Culture, Pedro Martinez.
Alicia Jimenez thanked the Demarcation investment "because they are small actions add up to make at the end of the beaches of Mazarrón achieve the quality they deserve," said the mayor.
Work on the Cairn have used the existing route and end with a stretch of boardwalk.
It is also contemplated the demolition of existing planters in disrepair and whose repair and commissioning, as measured by technicians, it would not be sustainable.
The total investment is 60,000 euros.
In Bolnuevo Beach Corner, the project involved enabling two entrances at each end of the beach by wooden stairs treated pine, thus adapting to the morphology of the place.
The action is intended to concentrate the user access to the beach, avoiding the continued being affected coastal ecosystems with pedestrian traffic.
The project has also seen the demolition of the steps that provide access at present, improvised with concrete blocks and were in poor condition.
The total investment has also hovered around 60,000 euros.
Andrés Martínez, on his visit to Mazarrón, has advanced other works to be carried out soon, such as improving access to the beach of the Hermitage, pouring 800 cubic meters of sand and by providing gateways, providing and convenience to vacationers.
Another action in progress is the demolition of the apartments Florida, along the beach of El Mojon, where a gazebo will be built.
