The Ministry of Agriculture and Water has released an educational brochure titled "conditionality" to facilitate the work of farmers and ranchers, as well as ensuring compliance with the Regional Annual Plan Compliance Control of conditionality.
Under current legislation, these professionals must ensure the state of the environment, good agricultural and environmental conditions and public health and animal welfare.
The Rural Development Department of the City of Mazarrón is integrated into this program to help farmers as a preventive measure, making viable greater quality and improved services.
The leaflet, published by the Ministry, gives way to the operation of the website www.carm.es / compliance, and the succession of informative talks, workshops and publications information applicable to this campaign, including the inspections performed in the farms seeking aid from the CAP and Rural Development.
Conditionality comes to revalue to society the role of farmers in ensuring food security, health and welfare of animals and respect for the environment, it allows the maintenance of land devoted to agriculture in good condition agricultural.
Was originally intended for farmers and ranchers, but since last year also affects some aid recipients included in Rural Development and agri-food measures, afforestation of agricultural land and the compensation in certain disadvantaged areas of the Region.
The manual is of interest both as recipients of aid and technical consultants tasked to report to specify the elements of control and measures to reduce the amount of aid in case of violations detected in controls.
