La Guardia Civil de Murcia, in the so-called Operation "NIEVES", developed in the town of Puerto de Mazarrón (Murcia), has proceeded to the arrest of a person as an alleged perpetrator of the crime's continuing CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND PORNOGRAPHY.
In the operation has been carried out a house search in which it was seized large quantity of computer equipment and digital media related to child pornography.
The operation began early this June, following a complaint lodged with the Civil Guard, which came to the knowledge of the body that a person was allegedly committing a series of sexual abuse toward a minor in the town of Puerto de Mazarrón (Murcia)
Initial investigations were aimed at testing the existence of this serious crime.
After exploration of the child by qualified personnel, it was confirmed the commission of that crime, as well as continuously.
Once fully ascertained the identity of the alleged perpetrator and his place of residence, were established specialized research devices such sensitive events, to know the existence of the commission of further crimes of this kind with other people.
The result of these devices, the Civil Guard was able to meet the person being investigated had high skills in computer science, which applied for exchanging files over the Internet pedophiles.
After obtaining all necessary evidence during yesterday (24), was carried out, prior judicial authorization, the entry and search of the residence of such person, being seized large quantity of computer equipment and digital media pedophile, and proceeding to the arrest of APRG of 31 years of age and alleged perpetrator of the crimes Continuous sexual abuse and child pornography.
Of all the investigations carried out, the Civil Guard has been known that this person was working in child care (babysitting), so we continue with the operation to check the possibility of the existence of more children who have suffered this type of crimes committed by this person.
The judicial management of this operation has taken place magistrate No. FOUR of Totana (Murcia).
This operation was carried out by Civil Guard officers assigned to the Organic Unit of the Judicial Police (Team Women and Children).
