This weekend festivities have taken place in the hamlet of Valdelentisco Mazarron in honor of its patron, the Virgen de los Dolores.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, Councillor of Environment, Juana Maria Morales, Councillor Services, Salvador Ardil, and the Councillor for Civil Protection, Jacqueline Galvez, also attended the activities held in the hamlet Mazarron.
The ceremony started with the endearing Proclamation, which took place on Saturday night, by the Councillor of the Presidency, Alicia Jiménez, which was joined by a great affection for this spot so special because of its roots are there.
Therefore, the Councillor has not hesitated to recall their experiences from childhood to adolescence.
Also, worth noting that Alicia Jiménez has not missed an appointment with the celebrations of Valdelentisco in any of their issues for 3 years not only to fulfill its role as Councilman of the City but for the deep love she has for this land.
After completion of the Proclamation, the Orchestra 'Orchard' has offered a concert for the enjoyment of all attendees.
The main event Sunday was the Mass in honor of the Patroness, Our Lady of Sorrows, culminating with a giant paella tasting enjoyed Valdelentisco neighbors and other citizens of Mazarrón.
