This year the holiday home developments Mazarrón demand the participation of citizens, one of which is the first edition of the "Your Best Photography."
This event is organized by Francisco Martinez Piña Mazarron, in collaboration with the Department of Fiestas del Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón and various companies in the municipality.
One of the aims of the competition "Your Best Photography" is to encourage citizen participation amateur photographers as well as spark their creativity and originality.
The theme used for the photographs should be about the landscapes, characters, themes or events more representative of the municipality.
Participants must accompany the registration a signed copy of these rules as proof of knowledge and acceptance of them.
By signing confirm that they are authors of works presented, that these are unedited and do not incorporate elements produced by others.
Under registration, the participant shall certify that it is the author of the picture and that it is one's own work, his original and unpublished.
According to the rules of the Contest, each entrant may submit up to three works, taken with any camera, obviously excluding the cameras of mobile phones.
The delivery format of the images will be in A3 or equivalent, in color or black and white.
Printed copies should be submitted without any mounting or reinforcement such as frames or the like, accompanied by a digital file on CD in containing the same.
The participants delivered images will be transferred to the City of Mazarrón.
The judging criteria for choosing the winners will be the quality, originality and creativity of the photos submitted to this contest.
The first winner will receive a diploma, photographic equipment, donated by Photo Video López and a prize of 150 euros in cash, donated by Café out of position, and the second winner will receive a diploma and photographic equipment valued at $ 200, donated by Dimalia Systems.
'You Better Photography' is a new event for the town, which is promoted by Francisco Martinez Piña Mazarron in collaboration with the Department of Fiestas del Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón and by companies of the municipality as The Foundry, Dimalia Systems of square bar, Piki Video and Photo Piki Lopez.
Participants must register and submit their work in the Department of Fiestas del Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón, located on the ground floor of the City of Mazarrón, or call for more information call 968 590 012 in extension 184 for more information.
