Citizens can enjoy films and theoretical-practical conference on the exhibition hall of the Puerto Deportivo

This Saturday, February 20, at 19:00 pm will be held the second session of 'Conference for Culture and Health' in the Exhibition Hall of the Puerto Deportivo de Mazarrón.

This activity is intended to inform the public of the basic principles of 'Tai Chi' through films and theoretical-practical conference.

In the first session, participants have explored the peculiarities of Tai Chi through a film screening and a subsequent lecture - East on this beneficial exercise.

This initiative provides an alternative culture and entertainment for the evening of Saturday, enhance physical and mental well being through knowledge of Eastern culture, learn the postures and movements appropriate to reflect on the health and body-mind interface fusion possibilities offered by the Kinesiology stress and Method GDS are some of the advantages offered these days.

Attendees will learn the keys to Tai Chi, an art that originated over 4,000 years ago in the midst of an agrarian society in areas known today as India and China, and its different aspects: physical, mental, energetic , emotional and spiritual while the environment.

Specialized instructors in these activities in this oriental art explained the prerequisites of the mind-body connection, based on the physical part to learn how stress influences so evident in our bodies, specifically in the muscle system.

The 'Conference for Culture and Health "are organized by the School of Tai Chi' Tao 'in collaboration with the Culture Department of the City of Mazarrón.
