The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Sports, Francisco Antonio Raja, recently delivered the prizes to the winners 'Tennis Tournament IX San Jose'.

Mazarron thirty athletes have participated in this edition, which has provided a simple tribute to the veteran players who have won the municipality for the second consecutive Regional Championship of Tennis Veterans.

This year the winner was Edgar, followed closely by the runner-up José Gil, obtaining the third and fourth Vera Méndez.

Participation in the 'IX Torneo de Tenis de San José' has been mixed with athletes counting from 16 to 61 years whose figures show the important hobby citizens tennis.
