Mazarrón City Council has launched a competition to award the supply and implementation of a system of "videowall" integrated by a series of surveillance cameras with license plate reader.
This action, part of the Mazarrón Digital City project is valued at one hundred thousand euros.
The cameras be installed at access points to the municipality such as the Avenue of mulberry trees, the Public School La Canada, El Portichuelo and El Alamillo, making it easier for agents to detect stolen vehicles by controlling tuition.
Mazarrón Digital City with an investment of 1,200,000 euros shared among the Autonomous Community of Murcia, the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, the ERDF of the European Union and the City of Mazarrón.
The objective to be achieved with this project 'Mazarrón, Safe City' is to provide the citizens of the municipality of a level of quality assurance.
The basis for this public tender, which are treated in www.borm.es indicate that the execution time of the same shall be sixty days and will be awarded to the lowest bid, according to established criteria.
The deadline for submission of tenders will be open until May 21, debiéndose deliver the same in the General Register of the City of Mazarrón.
Mazarrón City Council has the necessary technological infrastructure to implement a series of mechanisms that contribute to making Mazarrón a safe city for visitors and citizens and that will control many aspects of public safety.
By hiring system aims to equip the local police Mazarrón a system of "video wall" where you can make a real-time monitoring of different scenarios, through a series of surveillance cameras with license plate reader to be installed in different locations in the municipality.
