The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, accompanied by Councilman Young, Francisco Antonio Raja, wanted to see first hand the two models on the town of Mazarrón, developed by pupils and teachers of Secondary School Sunday Valdivieso.
The presentation ceremony was also attended by the Director of the institute, Daniel Diaz, and the Head of Educational Research and Innovation of the Ministry of Education, Humanities and project consultant for educational innovation CPR Lorca and representatives from any the educational community.
The models, which are part of the project entitled 'A fragment of reality', covering the entire municipality of Mazarrón, a scale is another scale 1:10.000 and 1:25.000.
A total of 5 teachers and 25 students have designed this model, which has been made over the last three academic years.
This educational project has received funding from the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous Region, including projects for educational innovation.
Francisco Blaya, who congratulated the school community for the successful achievement of this project is an entrepreneurial initiative that allows young people to approach their municipality.
Blaya also has pledged to locate this model in a place like the cultural and exhibition 'Town Hall' for the enjoyment of all citizens.
