This weekend has been longer than normal to basketball fans as it has been held in Mazarrón, from Thursday to Sunday, the autonomic Intersector 'Basketball Championship Cadet Spain' in Mazarrón.
The Championship has had the participation of teams: Real Madrid, Fuenlabrada, San Agustín, Valencia Sunny Delight, Alicante Meridian, CB Murcia, Toledo and Cuenca Rural Estate.
Hundreds of people, among whom were Mazarron and visitors from different parts of Spain, have followed the sports events which in turn have encouraged tourism Mazarron in a weekend with temperatures almost summer.
For the finals, to be held in Durango, have been classified: Real Madrid, Fuenlabrada, Sunny Delight Valencia and Alicante Meridian, in that order.
Real Madrid Fuenlabrada won Sunday morning by a 109-66 beat Valencia and Alicante for a 61-60.
