The Social Center for the Elderly of Puerto de Mazarrón, which last November celebrated its 25th anniversary, hosts an exhibition on Tuesday that shows the work carried out by its partners in the different workshops of dressmaking, embroidery and bobbin , painting and tapestries.
The inauguration of the exhibition has had the visit of the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez and the Councilor for Social Policy, Laura Ortiz.
During the ceremony, the figure of José Guardiola, a very active and recently deceased member, was remembered.
The director of the center, Ángel López, has been the host during the visit.
The exhibition "Workshops of the Center" closes the program of May Cultural activities that year after year is usually held at the Social Center for the Elderly of Puerto de Mazarrón.
The exhibition can be visited until June 5 from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
