Of the 18,000 people counted in an estimated manner in the summer months, 10,000 are hikers or runners and 8,000 cyclists or cyclists.
The initiative went ahead responding to the demands of residents and tourists who manifested numerous complaints regarding the difficulty to carry out physical exercise and the incompatibility of pedestrian traffic with cars in areas of narrow passage where rockfalls were also recorded. to the passage of motor vehicles.
Once reinforced slopes in the most dangerous areas, pedestrian access was favored and it was decided to block the passage to motor vehicles, except for those who have to access their private garages.
