The summer calendar of popular events added its third consecutive year going to Mazarrón.
This was the case this Saturday in the framework of the III Popular Race "Run with us", in the Gredas de Bolnuevo Puerto de Mazarrón.
A test to benefit the Spanish Association Against Cancer, giving the possibility to complete approximately 5km.
(1 lap) or 10km.
(2 laps) to a circuit with start and finish in the esplanade of the Gredas de Bolnuevo.
The absolute triumph in the long distance corresponded in the masculine section to Antonio Martínez, of the Running Club, 1º senior with a time of 34:48.
After him, José David Villegas, at 34:52, closing the absolute and senior podium José Mario Ruiz, of CA Almoradí Trikilómetros, stopping the clock at 35:30.
On the female side, the Runtritón Cartagena athlete Saray Paredes was the female winner, 1st senior ending at 42:59, followed by Isa Pallarés, at 47:12, as well as the 3rd senior Celia Pagán, at 47:40.
Regarding the distance of approximately 5km, the male victory fell to José Domingo Ruiz, also winning in the senior category after covering the test at 15:28, ahead of the 2nd senior Francisco Javier Ruiz, at 15:34 .
3º in goal and 1º sub23 was the athlete of the UCAM Cartagena Víctor Alejandro Requena, finishing in 15:46.
In women was Cristina Moreno, from Bitec Tri Impulso, 1st senior at 18:44, ahead of 1st Master 45 Elizabeth Guinney, at 20:40, as well as from the sub16 winner Ana María Avellaneda, from UCAM Athleo Cieza, culminating in 21:02.
