The general director of Roads, Francisco González, visits the municipality to verify the state of some works to which will be added soon the remodeling of this same route as it passes through El Alamillo to facilitate the construction of the new seafront
The Ministry of Development and Infrastructure is upgrading the RM332 as it passes through Mazarrón.
Francisco González, general director of Roads, has visited this Wednesday the municipality to know the state of the works.
González has been accompanied by the councilman of Infrastructures of the City council of Mazarrón, Pedro Martinez.
The works consist of cleaning of trawls and stones in ditches, mowing of scrub to improve visibility and repainting of road and adjoining areas.
The one of Mazarrón is one of the five sections of regional routes that are being adapted and that are including in the route of the sixth stage of the Vuelta Ciclista to Spain to celebrate the next 30 of August.
During his visit, the general director of roads recalled other investments made by the Regional Government in Mazarrón, following the demands made by the City Council.
Thus, for the next month of September, the awarding of the remodeling works of the RM332 is scheduled as it passes through El Alamillo to allow the construction of the new seafront promenade that will connect with El Rihuete.
