More than 1,800 people participated this Saturday in the third edition of the Spume Run colored foam race in Puerto de Mazarrón.
At 7 o'clock in the afternoon of last Saturday there was an exit from the esplanade of the municipal market.
In front they waited five kilometers with foam canyons every kilometer, also called spumepoints.
Each one of them launched foam of a different color (pink, yellow, blue and green) at the pace of the participants.
The event was attended by the mayor, Alicia Jiménez and the Councilor for Sports and Youth, Patricio Sánchez.
After reaching the end of the route and passing by the refreshment station, the Spume continued until midnight with the musical animation and dance from the stage, as well as a lot of foam thrown by cannons placed in the starting-finishing area on the runners.
This event is organized by the team of the famous HoliLife, which is usually celebrated in the month of February in Cabezo de Torres.
Spume Run Mazarrón is an event organized by A38 Servicios Plenos, co-organized by the City of Mazarrón, with the institutional support of the Region of Murcia and the collaboration of the Youth Card of the Region of Murcia.
