The public schools of the municipality begin their classes next Friday, September 7.
To achieve an optimal set-up, the Department of Services in collaboration with the Department of Education of the City of Mazarrón has worked during the months of vacation with the aim of improving facilities for proper use.
To this end, more than 42,000 euros have been invested in total
Domingo Hernández, Councilor for Services, has verified this week the final result of the works and has highlighted mainly the improvements that have been made in terms of safety and accessibility.
"Hazardous elements have been eliminated, accessibility has been improved, sanitation facilities have been renewed or repaired, leaks have been eliminated and surfaces have been leveled in areas of multiple uses, as well as other repairs of masonry and interior painting in the different schools. "
The works carried out have been carried out in the centers of Infant Education and Primary Ginés García, Francisco Caparrós, La Aceña, Bahia, San Antonio, Manuela Romero, Infanta Leonor, La Cañadica and Miguel Delibes.
