The City of Mazarrón, through the Municipal Consumer Office, recalls the procedures that exist to apply for the social bonus in energy companies.

The measure implies discounts on the receipts of clients who are in a situation of vulnerability.

To this end, an explanatory poster has been prepared that provides information on the documentation to be presented, the definition of categories of vulnerable customer types and the applicable discounts.

Likewise, information and a way to get in touch with the different marketers is added.

The social bonus is an initiative of the Central Government contained in Royal Decree 897/2017 of October 6.
