The City Council of Mazarrón undertakes improvement works in the School of Music located in Plaza del Salitre de Mazarrón.
The works consist of the replacement of the exterior carpentry of 10 windows, as well as the repair of the bars.
The performance has respected the aesthetics of exterior carpentry, replacing wood with aluminum.
The new double-glazed windows provide thermal and sound insulation to the facilities used by Maestro Eugenio Calderón Musical Association.
The deterioration of the previous windows and the lack of sealing of the joints prevented proper control of temperature and interior comfort and also generated water inputs, as they claim from the Department of Infrastructure.
The cost of this action amounts to 8,750 euros.
