Twelve restaurants aspire to one of the nine local tapas stands that will be in the food market from December 6 to 9.

Two other stands will be for guest establishments and two for confectionery

7. Polvorín Bolnuevo SL (La Sal)

8. Montiel Carrasco Andrés de la Cruz (D'Tapas)

9. Salaberry Frontini Virginia (Fizz)

10. Ana Belén Morales Belmar (Poniente Playa)

11. Time to Eat CB (Time to Eat)

12. Antonio Ortiz Méndez (The Lebeche)

Confectionery

1. Panificadora y Restauración Canela SL (La Canela)

2. Amorina Andrea Gómez (Amorina Pastry Artisan)

The date and place of selection will be announced shortly by jury evaluation.

The fourth edition of gAstrogAllo will be held from December 6 to 9.
