A jury of experts will select next Monday the establishments that aspire to one of the nine food stands that will be destined to the municipality's premises in the fourth edition of the gastronomic market gAstrogAllo that will take place in Mazarrón from December 6 to 9, coinciding with the celebration of the Patron Saint Festivities.
The jury is composed of Arturo Clavero, head chef of the Restaurant 'Kome', Ana Bernal, photographer and component of the group 'Punto G-Astronómico' and José Antonio Bernal, kitchen assistant of Julio Velandrino in 'La Taulla' Restaurant.
The selection will begin at 10:00 am in the Cresta del Gallo building on Avenida de la Constitución, home of the gastronomic market.

The participation of gAstrogAllo 2.3 will be completed with two guest establishments from outside the municipality.
