They allegedly intimidated the victim with a gun
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed the operation 'Muvas', an investigation established to clarify a robbery with violence and intimidation committed in Mazarrón, which has been settled with the identification, location, detention and subsequent judicial disposal of the two alleged perpetrators of the crime.
The events took place during the night of November 23, when the victim was in one of the streets of the urban area of ​​Mazarrón and was approached by two people who struggled with her and intimidated her with what appeared to be a gun, ignoring if it was a real or simulated weapon, until they managed to steal the cash that he was carrying at that moment.
The victim, after suffering the event, filed a complaint with the Civil Guard of the locality and the agents of the Benemérita initiated the corresponding operation in order to identify and arrest the perpetrators of the events.
After numerous inquiries, the civil guards identified two local residents who could be found after the authorship of the robbery with investigated violence and intimidation.
Once all the necessary evidence was obtained, the agents established a search mechanism that has culminated in the last few days with the location, detention and subsequent judicial placement of the two suspects, as alleged perpetrators of robbery with violence and intimidation.
The Spanish detainees, aged 48 and 39, residents of Mazarrón and police records, along with the proceedings, have been made available to the Court of Instruction of Totana (Murcia).
