Salvador Jorquera wanted to share with all the Mazarron the collection of cribs of the world that he treasures in an exhibition that was inaugurated this Wednesday and that will be able to be seen until next January 12 in Consistorial Houses.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, encouraged neighbors and those who visit us at this time to come to this exhibition space and appreciate the value of a sample that projects the Christmas traditions of other countries around the Birth of Jesus Christ.
The vicar of San Andrés and San Antonio, David Álvarez, proceeded to the blessing during the act.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by a large audience that did not want to miss the opportunity to contemplate the content of it.
The show is part of the program of Christmas activities that was also presented on Wednesday and links from next Saturday with the start of the IV Route of Bethlehem that brings together 10 cribs to be visited in Mazarrón and Puerto de Mazarrón.
Both activities have been organized by the Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón.
The exhibition of Salvador Jorquera can be seen on mornings from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and afternoons from Wednesday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The room will be closed on December 24, 25 and 31 and January 1.
