Around 150 Primary students have participated in the local phase of the activity 'Playing Athletics' belonging to the School Sports program promoted by the City of Mazarrón through the General Directorate of Sports.
The councilman of Culture, Pedro Martinez, delivered this Wednesday the medals to the first classified of the category alevín.
The CEIP La Cañadica obtained the first place in the female category and the CEIP Bahia did the same in the male category.
Both teams will represent the municipality in the regional phase of School Sports.
In this sport, held in the Municipal Pavilion of the Aceña, also participated teams from the schools Ginés García, Manuela Romero, Siglo XXI, Francisco Caparrós, Miguel Delibes and San Antonio, as well as the Puig Campillo of Isla Plana.
Next week will be played the local phase in the youngest category.
