The Club of Retirees of Mazarrón celebrated this Sunday the ordinary general assembly corresponding to the year 2018. The event was attended by the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez and the councilor for Social Policy, Laura Ortiz.

The assembly extended for another four years the mandate of the current board, after not having submitted another candidacy.

The assembly communicated 49 highs and 21 casualties and proceeded to pay tribute to the oldest members, Blas Lorente Sánchez and Isabel Cifo García.

Likewise, the broadcast work carried out by La Voz de Mazarrón and Tele Satélite Mazarrón was acknowledged.

The event culminated with the traditional food and dance in which all attendees participated.
