The restless and creative souls of the municipality have a new appointment in which to express their inspiration.
A new edition of the 'Declárate' Love Poetry Contest is being organized by the Department of Libraries and addressed to the students of the IES of the Municipality and to adults registered in Mazarrón.
Those interested have until February 16 to submit their works that will have a maximum of one page.
The works will be delivered in the libraries of Mazarrón and Puerto de Mazarrón.
There will be prizes valued at 200, 150 and 75 euros for the three best poems in the category of students and adults.
The jury will be formed by teachers of the institutes and members of the Department of Libraries.
The awards ceremony will take place on February 21 at the Cultural Center of Mazarrón at 8:00 p.m.
