Around 120 Primary students have participated in the local phase of the activity 'Playing Athletics' belonging to the School Sports program promoted by the City of Mazarrón through the General Directorate of Sports.

The Councilor for Sports, Patricio Sanchez, gave this Wednesday the medals to the first classified of the category youngest.

The CEIP La Cañadica obtained the first place in the female and male category.

Both teams will represent the municipality in the regional phase of School Sports.

In this sport, held in the Municipal Pavilion of the Aceña, also participated teams from the schools Ginés García, Manuela Romero, Siglo XXI, Francisco Caparrós, Miguel Delibes and San Antonio, as well as the Puig Campillo of Isla Plana.
