The Department of Culture and the Popular University inaugurated last Friday a new exhibition at the Cultural Center.
From the hand of the Association of Friends of Plastic Arts 'Pigments' comes to Mazarrón 'El Grito' a tribute that this group has wanted to make the famous work of the Norwegian artist Edvard Munch.
Alicia Jiménez, Mayor of Mazarrón, attended the opening ceremony of this show that enriches the cultural offer of the municipality in this month of February.
Mazarrón has at this moment four different exhibitions in Casa del Mar, Town Halls, Constitution Avenue and Cultural Center.
In the exhibition hall of the Cultural Center 20 versions inspired by the Munch painting are exhibited, in which personal experiences and interpretations and reflections of each artist are mixed.
The anguish of Munch is taken to the realities of the 21st century by the hand of 'Pigmentos'.
It can be seen until March 17.
