The 'Labor 2.0' activity is part of a labor insertion program developed by the El Candil collective with the collaboration of CIME
A group of young people from the municipality of Mazarrón have participated in the project 'Labor 2.0: Youth Guarantee', acquiring knowledge in personal-social and pre-employment competitions during a week in the month of February.
With this training activity they have learned to function effectively in everyday work situations, as well as to know and put into practice the necessary skills for an optimal social development.
They have been provided with tools to learn about labor resources, websites for job searches, training and educational resources and they were shown techniques for job search and possibilities to put them into practice, as well as the acquisition of skills necessary to perform an active search for suitable employment and improve their level of employability.
The activity developed in the Center for Municipal Employment Initiatives (CIME) of Mazarrón by the collective El Candil is part of a socio-labor insertion itinerary that is carried out with each participant of the project.
