The best Flyski Spanish riders competed throughout the weekend of March 30 and 31 in the Marina Deportivo de Mazarrón, with the celebration of the second Spanish Championship of the modality.
During the day of Saturday the eliminatory tests took place, consisting of the obligatory execution of five acrobatic exercises, being evaluated by a jury and that gave way to the day of Sunday, during which the semifinals and the finals were disputed.
In the afternoon the activity was resumed with the celebration of the "battles" and of some exhibition, like the one offered by Kilian, a thirteen-year-old boy who delighted the large audience that filled the docks of the marina.
Sunday morning was presented with a somewhat adverse weather, suffering a rain, not very intense but constant until the end of the test.
Even so, there was quite a notable public attendance that did not want to miss the excitement and spectacularity of the final performances.
After the tests, they went up to the podium Enrique Soriano, as the first classified;
Alberto Leceta, in second place;
and David Pereira as third.
On the other hand, the girls who formed the winning trio were, Elena Vera, first;
Clara Muñoz, second;
and Mercedes Wilson, as third classified.
During the awards ceremony were present the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez;
Councilor for Sports, Patricio Sánchez;
and the president of the Federation of Motonautics of the Region of Murcia, Dionisio Baño.
