Alicia Jiménez has received the new consul of Ecuador in Murcia, Daniel Peñaranda, in the offices of the Mayor's Office.

The meeting has served to strengthen diplomatic relations between both administrations in order to generate communication channels that will bring to the Ecuadorian community all those municipal programs and actions that are of interest to them.

The full inclusion and the collective well-being of this population are the objectives in which both administrations work.

At present there are 1005 residents of Ecuadorian citizens registered in Mazarrón.
