A total of 243 sailors have gathered this weekend in the municipality to participate in the IX Bay of Mazarrón Regatta.

34 large yachts crossed the coast of Mazarron competing in an event organized by the Club de Regatas of the Puerto Deportivo de Bahía in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the City of Mazarrón.

Alicia Jiménez, mayor of Mazarrón, attended the trophy ceremony with the president of the organizing club, José Hernández.

The yachts Svinga 3 of the CR Mazarrón, Nemox of the RCR Cartagena, Pacharán, of the RCR Cartagena and Saleroso 2.0 of the CN Águilas led the classifications in the different ORC categories.
