Mazarrón will continue to have 10 blue flags.

The badge awarded by the European Foundation for Environmental Education will fly on the beaches of Rihuete, Puerto, Bahia, Nares, Grande-Castellar, Alamillo, El Mojon and Percheles.

Likewise, the marinas of Puerto de Mazarrón and the Club de Regatas de Bahía have once again been distinguished.

To these recognitions will be added the Q flags of Tourist Quality that will be known later.

Six beaches of the municipality obtained this distinction last year, among them the Playa de Las Moreras as the only canine beach in Spain with this distinction.
