The Autonomous Community, through the Ministry of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment, collaborates with the City of Mazarrón to promote the municipality as a destination for employment generating investments.
With this objective, the Minister of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment, Javier Celdrán, and the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, held a working meeting with investors today, where the Community showed its different lines of incentives, as well as accompaniment to the investor in all the processing with the regional Administration.
Celdrán said that "the revitalization of the local economy and the creation of employment are two objectives that join the will of the regional government with the various municipalities, such as Mazarrón.
For this purpose, prospection works are carried out that make it easier for investors to approach their business project with more guarantees of success ".
Among the topics addressed, was the aid to SMEs for the modernization of tourist accommodation.
These grants are endowed with 1.3 million euros and are intended for regional companies that make investments between 100,000 and 600,000 euros, with an aid of up to 180,000 euros.
