The City of Mazarrón, through the Department of Local Development, has begun the process of the project of internal adaptation of plots of the social premises and medical center of Cañada de Gallego.
The acting mayor, Alicia Jiménez, has visited the area where the performance will take place.
Alicia Jiménez has highlighted the main objectives of this work: "the adaptation and improvement of access and the environment, give accessibility to people with reduced mobility, encourage physical exercise with a zone of machines for biosaludable exercises, as well as the creation of a place of children's recreation and green areas. "
The physical description of the works will consist of the elevation of pavements of terrazzo tile and asphalt agglomerate, demolition of existing ramps and withdrawal, expansion of sidewalks and ramps for compliance with the regulations and adaptation of annexes of the social premises and health center .
The contemplated execution period is of a maximum of three months and the estimated budget of 59,604.52 euros.
The action is part of the Call for Aid of the Participatory Local Development Strategy of the Rural Development Association Campoder.
