Last week the mayor of Mazarrón, Gaspar Miras, visited together with the Councilor for Services, Tomás Ureña, the urbanization of Camposol in a meeting arranged by the Councilor of Camposol and International Relations, Silvana Buxton.
This was the first of a series of visits that the mayor wants to make regularly to the area to specify the essential needs and actions to be carried out in the aforementioned urbanization.
The visit began at the Social Center where the necessary repairs were noted.

In Sector B, he noticed the blocks of damaged, rusted and never used mailboxes in the shopping center that they intend to eliminate, as well as those in Sector C on the golf course.
In sector A they visited the Medical Center taking note to make repairs to the glass of the front door, to the blinds in large windows next to the reception and by the entrance door and the possible provision of drinking water machine.
On the perimeter road of Sierra de la Torrecilla there are large and numerous numerous bumps were observed to repair, as well as a list of roads that require urgent repairs.
Silvana Buxton will be in charge of maintaining contact with the gardening groups in order to gather more information about these and other aspects.
In Aljibe Street, a visit to the section of the sinking road was made.
A greater deterioration was observed since Gaspar Miras' last visit in April, so the problem will be addressed soon to avoid a possible disaster.
In Sector C, a visit was made to several roads.
On the bridge between sectors B and C, the road surface to be repaired was noted.
The need to replace some containers and on the provision of new public lighting in the area was also determined.
In addition, the issues related to the reception situation of Camposol, including the procedure and the legalities with respect to it, were briefly addressed.
Complex issues that will be discussed with the town planning councilor, Ginés Campillo, and possibly with the legal team of the consistory.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Gaspar Miras, wanted to clarify that "funding for this year's budget projects were already approved by the previous government team, so there is little room for maneuver."
Miras stressed that "we are committed to Camposol and the needs of its residents, so we are going to solve these needs little by little."
