This Saturday, August 17, Mazarrón has a new appointment with the lyrics in the III edition of 'The Bay of Books' organized by the Department of Culture of the City Council of Mazarrón.
The activity was presented by the councilor responsible for the area, Ginés Campillo, and the activity coordinator, Emilio Tomás, who thanked the session that "he has counted on us for the third consecutive year to carry out this initiative."
It will take place from 7 pm on the Paseo de la Sal in Puerto de Mazarrón and will feature, until midnight, with different activities such as storytelling, comic book workshop, author signatures, live music, poetry in I live and even an open microphone for anyone who wants to recite their poems and for which you have to register until August 15 through tallerdeprensacomunicacion@gmail.com.
This year the libraries of Puerto de Mazarrón Carlin and Calle Mayor will participate;
and next to them, Find Me from Murcia, specialized in children's books, and the literary agency Letragency, which will develop their activity in the tents installed for that purpose with about thirty authors signing copies of their works.

Also, the storytellers will be starring actor Raúl Rey.
For his part, Alberto Mateos will offer a comic book workshop for children.
The Councilor for Culture, Ginés Campillo, invited citizens to enjoy this activity because "it is an unbeatable opportunity to get closer to the world of letters" and highlighted, in addition to its artistic component, its economic goodness because "high participation of people last year buying books so that the authors themselves signed them shows that Culture also generates economy, and in addition to the good ".
