The Murcian painter Carlos Montero exhibits until September 1 the exhibition of oil paintings 'Aqua' in the Casa del Mar de Mazarrón.
The Minister of Education and Culture, Esperanza Moreno, today made a tour of the exhibition accompanied by the artist.
The paintings focus their theme on the landscapes of Murcian coast as well as in urban corners of Murcia, Madrid or Paris bathed in the rain.
"These are two recurring themes of the Murcian realistic painter who has taken Germany, Finland or France," said the counselor, adding that "Montero captures the beauty of our coves and streets in the rain in a poetic way."
