Until September 1 you can visit, in 'La Casa del Mar' in Puerto de Mazarrón, the exhibition 'Aqua' by Carlos Montero.
To complete the activity, the Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón scheduled two guided visits to the exhibition at the hands of the author himself.
The first one was held last Friday, August 16 and was attended by the mayor of Mazarrón, Gaspar Miras, the first deputy mayor and mayor of Culture, Ginés Campillo, various councilors of the municipal corporation and also the Minister of Culture and CARM education, María Esperanza Moreno.
The second visit is scheduled for Saturday, August 24 at 12 noon and, to enjoy the activity, no prior registration is necessary and is completely free.
Attendees can discover Carlos Montero's voice in the creative process of the works as well as their meaning.
The exhibition consists of a series of oils whose peculiarity is that all are related to water, from those of the coves of Mazarrón to urban landscapes of rain from European cities such as Madrid, Murcia or Paris, and stand out for their colorful beauty and expression.
Also, the sample can be visited free of charge on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6 pm to 10 pm and on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm in the morning and from 6 pm to 11 pm in the afternoon.
'La Casa del Mar' is located at 72 La Torre Street, just at the entrance to the coastal dock.
